The calendaring feature allows users to choose their default calendar view, show task start dates and due dates, specify working hours, and view the 7-day weather forecast. Plus, the free-busy scheduler and appointment invites with availability checking make it easy to find time to collaborate with business and personal contacts.

Full mobile support for communicating on-the-go

With BGCweb messaging, users can communicate efficiently regardless of their mobile platform. Synchronization of email and collaboration items is accomplished through the Exchange ActiveSync* component and the CalDAV, CardDAV, and SyncML protocols, in addition to other sync technologies. It doesn’t matter if users are on Google Android, Apple iPhones or even Windows phones—BGCweb messaging works regardless of mobile device or operating system.

Full contact management, including attachment, meeting and email history

Recording and finding information on a contact in your address book has never been easier. Users can track entire conversations with a contact or view a list of recent appointments and attachments related to each contact with a click of a button. Plus, users can download, save or send contacts in .CSV or vCard format.

Support for the latest and greatest desktop clients

BGCweb supports Exchange Web Services in place of the deprecated MAPI technology for synchronizing with Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Mac and Apple Mail. In addition, SmarterMail supports CalDAV, CardDAV, SharePoint Sync, SyncML, IMAP and POP to support other email clients like Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail and older versions of Outlook and Outlook Express.

Mailing lists for large email distributions

Boys & Girls Clubs can now use our mailing list feature to send mass email to customers regarding special events, schedule updates, or club news. Manage opt-in email lists and distribute email communications to large groups of staff and volunteers quickly and easily. Automatic detection and removal of bounced emails ensures greater efficiency in mailing list maintenance.

Share calendars, tasks, contacts, notes and more

Sharing resources across the club, department, or among a group of users is simple with our email collaboration system. Users can create, manage, and share collaboration items via webmail, third-party clients, or mobile devices.
